Week 1

So... how did we do?

I started Weight Watchers on the 2nd and weighed in on the 9th - lost 3 lbs the first week. Only 37 more to go by 10/3. YAHOOOOOO!!!! Found some yummy snacks - the best one is the 100 calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels. Salty and sweet - DELIGHTFUL!!!
